This portal is dedicated to furthing professionalism and industrial knowledge of members of the SSTUWA. State Council endorsed the establishment of the Education and Training Centre (ETC) in 2006. The ETC is underpinned by the SSTUWA’s Strategic Plan and guided by the following objectives:
3. Provision of professional development and industrial training that is supported by current academic research and models best practice in adult learning.
4. Establish an Education and Training Centre that builds and maintains a reputation of excellence in the provision of quality professional/industrial learning opportunities for SSTUWA members.
5. Establish a SSTUWA Education and Training Centre that is financially independent.
